Return Policy
We want you to love your Wig Fixx ritual. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
14-day window, unopened only
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. Items showing signs of use, opened seals, or missing packaging cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
- Email returns@wigfixx.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a return authorization (RMA) and the return address within 1 business day.
- Ship the items back at your own cost (we recommend a tracked service). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most card refunds appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is sent.
Non-returnable
- Opened or used wig care products
- Final sale, clearance, or "Mystery" bundle items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@wigfixx.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap items, please return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order.
Auto-Ship subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel an Auto-Ship anytime in your account. Already-shipped subscription orders fall under the same 14-day, unopened return policy.
