Shipping Policy
We ship Wig Fixx worldwide from our US fulfillment center.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves the warehouse.
US rates
- Standard — $6.99, 5–10 business days
- Express — $14.99, 2–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $50 (auto-applied promo at checkout)
International rates
- International Standard — $19.99, 7–21 business days
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be longer for remote regions or customs delays
Tracking & delivery
Once shipped you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination.
Order changes & address corrections
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at hello@wigfixx.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a label is printed we can no longer modify the address.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. For visibly damaged packages, take photos of the box and contents and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim.
P.O. boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the United States via USPS only. Allow extra transit time for military addresses.
